520 | _aAbstract: Background: Diarrhea in childhoods among disease leading to high mortality so proper management and interventions are should be taken. Methodology: A sample of 380 respondents was collected from different ADDO shops found in different wards found in Nyamagana district. Cross section study was employed during the study and tool for data collection a by Swahili questionnaires findings a lot of respondents they have little knowledge, attitude and practices for management of childhood diarrhea. Results: sample size of the study was 380 of ADDO dispensers from Nyamagana district in which 61.8% were male and majority member of participants came from age of 18-30 years. Percentages of knowledge, attitude and practice are obtained by scores of questions for knowledge majority of 130 had good knowledge which is 34.1% they scored maximum of five questions. For attitude majority members were 148 which is 38.9% they scored total of si questions and for practices good practices was 16.8% Conclusion: the study show that there is inadequate knowledge and practices despites most of majority the have some good attitudes on the management of this problem so meas microbial resistances (3). | ||
