Result: the finding of this study revealed that more than half of the participants 68.5% have positive perception toward men who join nursing and only few participants 3.3% have neutral perception toward men who join nursing also finding show that more than half of participants 61.1% disagreed with the feminine nature of the nursing profession Conclusion: The findings of this research are important in terms of providing insights that may lead us towards a new direction in addressing nursing student recruitment.
