The Tanzania 2007-2015 strategic plans for health have incorporated the recommendations of the Global Immunizations and Vision Strategy (GIVS), such as increasing and sustaining national and district level immunization coverage, ensuring access to quality vaccines, and strengthening health systems. By 2015, Tanzania aims to raise the level of national immunization coverage among children to 90 percent. An achievement that would be expected to the profound implications for child survival. In this study found that 288 of children may of them have been vaccinated.
