However, at some point of providing the services, anesthetic department is involved; it mostly needed during the procedure and by the time of postoperative care. Among the other aims of this field attachment were, to learn the commonly conducted surgeries (elective or emergence), learning the type of anesthesia given, learning the common surgical complications and their management and assessing and documenting the outcomes of each procedure. During the period of the attachment, I was working in collaboration with seniors in the department, by doing ward rounds, outpatient department care, attending procedure in the operating room and doing post-operative care ER -
