This study aimed to determine perception, and knowledge of TT vaccine among pregnant women attending ANC at BMC in Mwanza Tanzania. Objectives: Determining perception, and knowledge of TT vaccine among pregnant women attending Antenatal Clinic at Bugando Medical Centre in Mwanza Tanzania. Methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 120 pregnant women selected by simple random sampling technique attending the antenatal clinic of Bugando Medical Centre, Mwanza, Tanzania. A structured interviewer-administered questionnaire was used to collect data on the research variables. Data were analysed using IBM SPSS version 20 statistical computer software package Conclusion: There is high level of knowledge and perception of tetanus vaccine among pregnant women attending antenatal clinic at Bugando Medical Center and is predicted by level of education of those pregnant women attending ANC at BMC ER -
