Worldwide migraine is the most common causes of headache and produce severe intensity of pain (2). Prevalence of migraine among university students is high around 27.9 % (3). High percentage of medical student self-medicate themselves during headache attack and few of them seek advice from physician (4). Most common drugs used are NSAIDs 77.1%, opioids 7.2%, acetaminophen 59%, and ergotamine 18.1% (5). Methodology: A cross-sectional study conducted at CUHAS, study population was undergraduate students above 18 years of age, data collected randomly among CUHAS students. Structured questionnaires used to obtain information, the sample size was 500 students. Results and Discussion: 500 questionnaires distributed among CUHAS students, among them 89 students have been diagnosed with migraine headache and remaining 411 were analysed and 105 students had a migraine. Prevalence of migraine among CUHAS students were 38.8%. 81 (77.1%) of 105 students used drugs, most common drugs used was Paracetamol (65.4%), ibuprofen (8.6%), aspirin (1.2%), Diclofenac (12.5%), tramadol 2.4% Prevalence of migraine among CUHAS students was 38.8%. Similarly study that has been done at Jeddah Saudi Arabia had prevalence of migraine among medical students of 26.5% which is quite smaller compared to this study. Most common drugs used for migraine headache among CUHAS students were Paracetamol 65.4% followed by Diclofenac 12.5%, ibuprofen 8.6%, tramadol 2.4% and aspirin 1.2%, Paracetamol and Diclofenac 6.3%, Paracetamol and ibuprofen 2.4%, and ibuprofen and Diclofenac similarly, France population-based survey shows Paracetamol was used by a majority (60%) followed by aspirin (29%), NSAIDs (28%) and opiates (23%). Conclusion: Prevalence of migraine among CUHAS students is high, it was significantly higher prevalence in female students than in male students, most of the students use analgesic on treatment of migraine headache ER -
