The sample size was 384 involving secondary school girls aged from 18 to 25 years at these schools. Results: The total of 384 participants were recruited with a median age of 17.1 years where 223(58.07%) had good awareness and 161(41.92%) had poor awareness. And for the perception it was categorized as positive and negative perception with median IQR of the study is 56 where 203(52.86%) have positive perception and 181(47.13%) had negative perception. Conclusion: Secondary school girls have a good awareness and positive perception towards abortion complications
