If the postnatal mother attending clinics and understanding the level of knowledge about neonatal danger signs it can help design targeted intervention to enhance neonatal care and reduce mortality rate. This study will assess the level of knowledge about neonatal danger signs and its associated factors among postnatal mothers attending clinic at Kamanga RCH, Mwanza region Tanzania. Objective: This study will aim at assessing the level of knowledge about neonatal danger signs and its associated factors among postnatal mother attending at KAMANGA RCH, in Mwanza Tanzania. Methodology: A cross sectional study involving 159 postnatal mother attending clinics at KAMANGA Rch in Mwanza Tanzania. A number of 159 questionnaires will be prepared to facilitate the work of data collection from the participants. Data collected will be inserted in Excel and then data analysis will be done using through software application SPSS version 20.1frequencies and percentages will be obtained, while pie charts.
