This was a one month working field practice in the department of internal medicine at Bugando medical centre. The practical ground was based on three medical ward C7, C8 and E7.
The main objective was to learn, practice and gaining more skills on inpatients management of heart failure. The period of 30 days pieced down in different day working program based on the criteria used for inpatient management of heart failure. Also some days used to assess, learn and gaining knowledge on ways to diagnose heart failure, management of heart failure and common causes of heart failure at Bugando medical centre.
The whole process was supervised by the specialist doctors, resident doctors, intern doctors and nurses who were present at the appropriate day. Also there was a chance to meet with outpatients during their clinic date for a better follow-up and appreciate of outcomes. During the whole attachment field I was able to see patient two times with heart failure, with different complications and their management.
