Summary, etc. Abstract;<br/><br/>Introduction: Client satisfaction is the level of fulfillment that clients experience having used a service. It, therefore, reflects the gap between the expected service and the experience of the service, from the client's point of view. This study aimed at assessing the level of womens’ satisfaction with their interaction with doctors, pharmacists, and laboratory technicians. <br/><br/>Methodology: This was a hospital based cross-sectional study involving women attending pre-natal and post-natal clinic at Sekou Toure regional hospital, Mwanza which was conducted between February and May 2023. Both qualitative data and quantitative data were gathered using a pre-structured questionnaire composed of closed ended questions. Data was analyzed using SPSS version 20.<br/><br/>Results: A total of 156 participants with a mean age of 24 ± 2 years were included in this study. Out of all, 63% (98/156) were satisfied with the quality of pre-natal services while, 37% (58/156) were not satisfied. Regarding post-natal services, 52% (81/156) of women were satisfied while 48% (75/156) were not satisfied with pot-natal services. Majority of women were satisfied with interaction with healthcare providers (52.6%, 86/156), treatment with respect, dignity and privacy, (30.8%, 48/156) physical environment and cleanness of the facility (61.5%, 96/156) and proper of registration at reception (65.2%, 102/156). There was relationship between satisfaction of pre-natal services provided with occupation (p = 0.002) and education level (p = 0.041) while post-natal services satisfaction was found to be related with occupation (p = 0.04). <br/><br/>Conclusion: This study concludes that majority of women were satisfied with the quality of pre-natal (63%) and post-natal services (52%) provided at Sekou Toure Regional Referral Hospital (STRRH). The satisfaction of the services provided was related to education level and occupation of women. We recommend the facility (STRRH) to maintain and strive more to scale up the provisional of client-centered antenatal care (ANC) and postnatal services and to encourage pregnant women to complete the antenatal care follow up services.<br/> <br/>
