The target of the study was to determine the seroprevalence and associated risk factor of Brucellosis among agro-pastoral residents living in Bunda District for a period not less than 3 months.

Methodology: The study was a cross-sectional community-based study that was conducted between April to August 2023 in Bunda district. Inclusion criteria were agro-pastoral residents aged 15 years and above, which involve 186 of participant for blood sample. By using SAT kit for rapid diagnosis for detection of antibodies. Data was analysed by using STATA version 13 according to the objectives of the study.

Result: The prevalence of Brucellosis was found to be 13.1% among the study population.
