Summary, etc. Abstract: <br/><br/>Introduction: Road traffic constitutes a major but neglected emerging public problem in developing countries and are common causes of increased morbidity and mortality rates among patients. This research will help to identify the groups of people at risk and the burden of road traffic accidents in our setting as authority concern will be easy to control it as the major public problem. <br/><br/>Methodology: A descriptive retrospective cross-sectional study design with quantitative approach study was carried at BMC and SRH from different recorded data in which the data collected were entered and analyzed by computer installed with SPSS program thereafter the results were distributed at orthopedic department. <br/><br/>Results: 359 participants were enrolled in the study in which motorcyclists 168 (46.8%) involved in RTA and the site injured most was injury of extremities by 63.2% with the mortality rate of 6.4%. <br/><br/>Conclusion: RTA is still the burden in our setting with motorcyclists being involved most and injury of extremities also being the most sustained injury. <br/>
