Summary, etc. Abstract: <br/><br/>Introduction: Motorcycle injuries constitute a major but neglected emerging public health problem in developing countries and are a common cause of road traffic injuries. This has caused number of death and disability among patients whom involved in boda-boda crush. The research will help the prevalence of motorcycle crush as a cause of fracture and risks factors attributed to motorcycle crush. <br/><br/>Methodology: A cross sectional descriptive study was involving patients admitted in orthopaedics ward at Bugando medical centre. All patient were reviewed for fracture cause and the recorded in which data analysis was done by computer installed with SPSS program thereafter the results were distributed at orthopaedics department. <br/><br/>Results: 132 patients were enrolled in the study and prevalence of motorcycle as a causes of fracture was 36.4% and the most pattern was femur fractures by 40.9%.<br/><br/>Conclusion: The motorcycle crush is the top causes of fracture in setting with femur being the most sustained fracture. <br/>
