Abstract:
Background: Cesarean section, Also called C-section, cesarean also spelled caesarian, surgical removal of a fetus from the uterus through an abdominal incision.
Objective: This study attachment is designed to build a strong understanding in approach of inpatient management of labor by caesarian section at SDDH.
Methodology: This was a hospital based attachment, which included pregnant women with indication of cesarean section. Pregnant women were assessed in the labor wards and preoperative measures were taken before were sent the theatre. The C/S was done by doctor on duty on that particular day.
Implication: More knowledge will be acquired hence best inpatient management of labor by C/S in the future.
